This site measures anonymous traffic and engagement so Cody can understand what is useful and improve the site. It does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, browser fingerprints, or persistent visitor IDs.
Website analytics
Vercel Web Analytics records page and content views, referrers, standard UTM campaign labels, approximate geography, browser, operating system, device type, clicks, scroll depth, active-time milestones, form-field names engaged, and chat interaction counts or timing.
Analytics events do not contain names, email addresses, phone numbers, form values, chat message text, or a cross-site or persistent identifier. Hire Cody does not use this data to identify individual visitors or for targeted advertising.
Information you choose to send
Project inquiries are emailed to Cody so he can respond. Newsletter details are stored with the email provider so Practical Notes can be delivered and unsubscribed from. Standard campaign attribution may be included with these records to show how the submission reached the site.
Chat questions are processed by OpenAI to generate a response and stored with the response and campaign attribution for up to 30 days. Do not submit passwords, private records, or other sensitive information through chat.
